As a three-time best-selling author, TEDx speaker, and advocate for neurodiversity, she’s dedicated to creating transformative, actionable events that cater to the needs of neurodivergent individuals. She champions women's leadership development at all career stages and mentors young women entrepreneurs through initiatives like the Wilmington Young Enterprising Women Mentoring Forum. Lynn is a coach for The Honor Foundation serving transitioning special operations forces and is an executive mentor with the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
