ENTREPRENEURS OF PURPOSE by Sharon W. Reynolds There is a question I have been sitting with lately — one that I believe every woman entrepreneur, every community builder, every mother, mentor, and visionary needs to pause and answer for herself: What would you do with your time if you had more of it? For most of us, the honest answer reaches toward the people we love, the communities we serve, and the purpose we were placed on this earth to fulfill. And that is exactly why I am so deeply excited about what artificial intelligence is doing for women in business right now. AI is not just a technology upgrade. For us — the women who have always done more with less — AI is giving us back our most precious, non-renewable resource: time. Building legacies, not just businesses As the co-chair of Entrepreneurs of Purpose (EOP), a premier leadership initiative of the Enterprising Women Foundation, I have had the profound privilege of witnessing women entrepreneurs at every stage of growth do something remarkable. They do not just build businesses — they build legacies. They scale with intention. They invest in their communities. They mentor the next generation, give back to causes that matter, and show up for their families with the same excellence they bring to the boardroom. That is what EOP is all about. Founded under the vision of the Enterprising Women Foundation — a nonprofit created to educate, empower, and advance women entrepreneurs across the United States and around the globe — EOP convenes influential women who refuse to separate purpose from profit. And now, AI is becoming one of the most powerful tools in our arsenal — not to replace our humanity, but to amplify it. Transforming workspaces, workforces, and communities I have watched women entrepreneurs use AI to completely reimagine how their businesses operate.
