It’s effectively addressing interpersonal challenges directly and with the timely attention others deserve. Radical love At the root of emotional intelligence is something no one talks about in business: love. In this context it’s not romantic – rather, it’s a pure love that intentionally, selflessly desires another’s highest good. It means building and nurturing authentic, healthy relationships that honor each person’s unique, whole self. Because work isn’t just about what we do – it’s about who we are. And it starts with you. You can’t bring out the best in others if you haven’t elevated the best in yourself. When you love yourself, you can be your whole self in all segments of your life, impacting those around you. When you love yourself, it’s easier to be and do the best for others. So – how are you? Are you aware of how you’re leading and interacting with your company? Are you present as your whole self?
